Veggie-Lentil Soup


  • 1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix
  • 3 cups Bone Broth/Veggie Broth/Water
  • Mixed vegetables (I took Carrots, Broccoli, Beans, Spinach)
  • 1 Cup Milk/Almond Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix Vegi Soup Mix, broth/water and veggies. Boil till soft and cooked. 
  • Let cool and blend
  • Add milk/Almond milk, salt and pepper
  • Heat and serve
