Tom Kha Gai

Ingredients

Two cans of coconut milk
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups of diced Chicken

1/2 cup Cottage Cheese/Tofu/Chicken
1 green pepper diced
1 cup mushroom
2 tomatoes 
One can bamboo shoot
Lime (2)
2 tablespoon fish sauce 
1 tsp basil leaves 
Chopped cilantro
Lemongrass
 

Directions


Put all ingredients (except lime, fish sauce, cilantro and basil leaves) in the instant pot for 10 mins and let the pressure release naturally
