Roasted Brussels Sprouts

-2-3 lbs Brussel Sprouts

-Olive Oil

-1 tsp Sea Salt

-1 tsp black pepper

-1 chopped avocado

-1/2 cup pecans

-2 tbsp Hemp seeds

-Balsamic Vinegar to taste


-Blanch Brussels Sprouts by boiling in water with salt. Drain when bright green and cut in halves

-Add olive oil to brussels sprouts. Add salt and pepper and turn face down on the baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees in the oven for 15-20 minutes till it is brown at the bottom .

-Toast the pecans in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Chop as you prefer. I prefer in halves

-Mix the brussels sprouts with pecans, chopped avocado, hemp seeds and black pepper. 

-Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
