1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup honey/maple syrup (to taste)

10-15 walnuts chopped

10-12 almonds chopped

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Goji berries

Chia seeds


Melt oil in a pan over low heat

Add Cacao, honey/maple syrup, vanilla essence, nuts, chia and goji berries

Mix with a wooden spatula

Remove from flame and pour in chocolate molds or into a bowl with parchment paper (so it doesn't stick to the bottom)/or in chocolate molds

Freeze for 1 hr

Cut into small pieces and store!
