Nut Protein Balls

14-15 balls

Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp almond milk

1/3 cup cacao powder

1 cup blanched almonds

3/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup peanuts

3/4 cup almond butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 cup shredded coconut (organic)

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp agave/maple syrup

Directions

Grind all nuts in a coffee grinder or regular blended

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except shredded coconut (mix 1/2 cup here and leave half cup aside)

Make balls of the mixture with your hands

Spread shredded coconut in a container

Roll balls in shredded coconut gently-one by one

Store in refrigerator
