Juice Pulp Fritters


Leftover juice pulp. 3 cups

Cheese. 1/2 cup

Ground Flex seeds. 1/2 cup

Eggs.( beaten) 2 

Ginger/ Garlic ( finely chopped). 21/2 tbsp

Dry seasonings according to you taste. ( I used as following) 

Salt. 1/2 tsp 

Chilli flakes. 1 tbsp

Mrs Dash's seasoning. 1tbsp

Yeast seasoning. 1/2 tsp

Garlic/ cheese seasoning. 1/2 tsp


DIRECTIONS:-1. Mix every thing well with the juice pulp.2. Make small fritters on a moist palm.3. In a pan heat some oil ( 1tsp) , cook the fritter well from both sides.4. Serve with your favorite sauce or chutney.
