Falafel Salad Bowl


Ingredients

- 1 cup Garbanzo beans (Boiled/cooked)

- 2-3 tsp thyme

- Handful fresh Oregano

- Lettuce 3 cups

- 4 Falafels (I got these freshly made)

- 1 cucumber

- 1 Tomato

- 2 tbsp Tahini

- 1 cup guacamole

- 1/2-1 cup greek yogurt

Directions

- Spread Garbanzo beans on a baking tray. Add thyme and fresh oregano, olive oil, lemon

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees

- Bake Garbanzo beans

- Wash and chop lettuce (I buy chopped lettuce)

- Add chopped cucumbers, tomatoes

- Add 2 tbsp Tahini

- Add baked Garbanzo beans when cooked and cooled

- Add Falafel, Guacamole and Greek Yogurt
