Banana - Nut Bread (Gluten Free)


1/2 Cup Coconut Flour

1/2 Cup Almond Flour

1/2 cup Maple Syrup/Coconut sugar (Can reduce or skip this if you don't want it very sweet)

2-3 ripe Bananas

Baking Powder

1 spoon Cacao powder

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla essence/almond essence

2/3 cup chopped pecans/walnuts and almonds

A handful of raisins


Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients together and whisk

Add Pecans/Walnuts

Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking in between
